Bijou

A Diancie gijinka. Acknowledges how androgynous she looks, prefers feminine pronouns. She designs jewelry and has devoted her entire life to fashion and accessorizing. She lives in a cave, though the cave is set up basically like a Hoennese Secret Base, blinged out with all sorts of shiny crap. Where she gets all these gems and shiny rocks, nobody knows. The inside of the cave looks extremely disorganized, yet somehow she can immediately find whatever she happens to need in the moment. Bijou is basically a living sidequest NPC - she won't sell to you unless you find her out in the wild, which you can only do by following a whole series of convoluted steps. Maybe she just does these weird things to amuse herself.

Nothing is known of her battle capabilities. Rumors abound that she has access to Mega Evolution, but she never addresses this claim and refuses any and all attempts to challenge her to a battle. Despite this, however, there are never any accounts or tales of robberies...
