A former doctor turned into a mortician who lives in a very impoverish, gaunt, run down foggy hollow of a town and goes by the alias "Red Mist". He runs a mortuary and offers under the table medical treatments too despite having his license revoked due to a botched surgery that lead in a former patient's death. Besides the obvious red flags like his name, he seems farily decent and trustworthy.. maybe..
Design note; His eyes have gotten lighter in color as an adult due to loss in vision. He can still see, but not as well without his glasses. His eyes were originally a flamey gold color.
