Wang Si is a rather stern Impim who's especially courageous, sneaky, strong, and loyal. He seems to have a relatively negative attitude towards scuba divers, as many of them (especially tourists) tend to steal priceless artifacts that are hundreds of years old. With this, he often frightens divers who come by the city or lashes his tail to kick up some mud and dirt to disorient them.
As to his whereabouts, he lives in the sunken underwater city of Shi Cheng (狮城), also known as the Lion City. He occasionally reaches the surface to do things like hunt and explore, though he doesn't do it super often as he generally prefers to stay underwater.
Note about the name - In Mandarin, the last name goes first and the first name goes last! So Wang Si's first name would be Si.

It isn't entirely known as to how Wang Si came into being, only theories. The first time Wang Si was seen was right after the Lion City was flooded to make way for the advancement of humanity. For most of their life, they inhabited the city and behaved similar to any animal, doing things like hunting, swimming, and occasionally surfacing to curiously observe human beings.
In regards to the theories, some say the Si used to be a lion statue that was awakened once the city sunk. Others say that in order to protect the city from greedy humans, Wang Si was created by a deity to do just that. Another interesting theory was the Wang Si already existed before the city sunk, but instead it was them that influenced humans into flooding the city so they could have it all to himself.
As to where he is now, he often travels alongside Malleus, Normandy, and Sheila. They go on adventures with them and use their strange powers to help aid their cause of stopping evil in the world.
Unsurprisingly, Wang Si is an exceptionally great swimmer who's able to both breathe and see underwater with ease. He is also capable of easily and quickly adapting to the intense pressures of being underwater, as well as being able to adapt to the changing temperatures.
An interesting power that Wang Si has is the ability to change his size, more specifically being able to make himself smaller. The smallest he can shift to is around 5 inches tall.
Due to Wang Si being a primarily sea-based impim who rarely comes out of the water, adapting land life can be rather difficult for him. He often becomes dry and itchy because of the sun and his eyes take a while to adapt to the bright skies. He also doesn't do well with flying or air travel.
