Umbrilis

Umbrilis Corvidae is the scientific naming of this strange, goopy crow-like creature. An Amibian experimental species that has gotten out of hand, it's a black bird with purple or blue shine, a long tail, and has many eyes (three eyes minimum). Not many know whether the Umbrili originally had three eyes, a long skeletal tail, and is known for their erratic dancing behavior (like a Birds-of-Paradise).

Based heavily on the Shibugarasu from Inuyasha and Yatagarasus from Japanese or Chinese folklore may or may not have actually been an Umbrilis humans mistook for...?
