Quon Shingarei

An exorcist who likes to spend his days listening to the problems of human, demon, and spirit alike, Quon lives his life doing what he pleases and helping keep those who are helpless from the unseen safe. He still charges a small fee for his services however, a guy has to eat and this is really his only marketable talent. The talisman he wears in his ear keeps a parasitic yokai sealed within his body and in check.

Parasite
his parasite has a few useful abilities
-Sleeping gaze- weak willed beings can fall asleep, sometimes for days or weeks when subjected to this ability
-Paralysis- it can induce a temporary paralysis in a target while the eye is focused on it
-Detection- it reacts with a strong bloodlust to powerful presences as well as negative auras directed at it and its host
-Oni Increase- if allowed to take control of its host completely it can override the host body's natural limits allowing them to produce incredible feats of strength and speed

Skills/Flaws

(+) Quon is a non traditional preist in that he believes in the validity of several different religions and the spirits attatched to them, including, Ahinto, buddism, Koshin, Ainu and Taoism

(+) he is incredibly adept at dealing with unbalanced yurei and yokai, and has trained in this field for a long time, he has a vast knowledge of folklore and the obscure ways one much use to deal with the unseen world

(+) due to his time living in the mountains quon is quite capable of surviving in the wild, rigging up fishing lines, finding edible plant life, and cooking delicious food over an open flame

(-) his training has been so specialized that quon doesnt quite know how to keep a job, often times leaving his post to deal with some spirit or another and ending up fired

(-) he's technically homeless and tends to sleep around shrines and graveyard as well as exchanging his excorcism services for a meal and a place to stay

(-) his parasite is very draining to him, and consumes a lot of energy to keep in check once unsealed
