Profile

This bizarre, beast-sized insect's origins are unknown, his species even more so -- giving Rubeus all the more reason to find him fascinating. As Rubeus studied him from afar for weeks, "Moss" came to form a bond with him as Rubeus dared to come closer and closer. While Moss has many traits of a typical insect, Rubeus has found that he's far more intelligent than most arthropods; his body language is highly complex and expressive, and he has the capacity to recognize individuals and patterns much like mammals.

Moss is a veracious predator. He is exceptionally agile, and while he has no venom, he has fangs and an iron-clad grip. He does not hunt those that would give him trouble (he avoids humanoids of all kinds) and mostly preys on small- to medium-sized herbivores.
