Story
→ pre-XY ← As fas as it is known, it seems he joined team Flare and worked as a waiter on Lyssandre's café just because he needed the money, before the leader's plan even began. He wasn't aware of the teams ultimate intentions. When Scarlet appeared on the café, she stricked him as odd- something was wrong, he knew she wasn't a usual customer. When he managed to get her to spill the beans, he was about to quit the team, until Scarlet asked him to stay and become her internal source of information. It seems somehow he managed to get Scarlet to notice him. Boy, that deserves credit. As of date, they're happily married and have a child in common: violett → XY ← During XY, he stays in team flare as an incognito agent until it became too dangerous to continue, after doing so he stayed a couple of days in Alice's and returned home with Scarlet.
→ Future arc ← As of date, Charles continues aiding Scarlet on her investigations and taking care of Violett. His favorite times are whenever they can actually relax and enjoy each other though. Sun&Moon Ya-hoo, vacation time! Events will be written once the games are released and completed by mois. ¹- Blue eyes + little melanin making the blood shine through the iris = purple.
