Lance the Beetle

Lance was a mountain hermit, living alone to hone his cooking talents. When Eggman decided that her mountain was a good mining spot, they decided to take matters into their own hands (and horns).

When reaching top speed, they can Brochette enemies, impaling them in her horn and using them as extra charge power.
When holding Jump in the air, he'll charge up his Hover Lunge, an arcing dive that travels less distance the more it's charged. Lance will fall slowly while charging.
Her passive skill allows him to hold onto Brochetted enemies, as long as they don't curl up into a ball.

Noisy, impatient and irritable, Lance isn't the best at coexisting with others; give her a chance to show off, though, and he'll be disappointed if they don't get praise. Despite their flaws, she's a steadfast ally and a powerful fighter who never leaves anyone behind.
