* VERY deep ties to arceus. acts as a vessel for him, but still has a bit of personality for their own
* speaks ONLY with telepathy. its mouth never moves
* arceus can speak through it sometimes but it's very draining on their body
* they never show their face because it does THINGS to regular mons
    * the wings on their face can unfold and show soulless glowing eyes and probably medusa someone really hard
* their voice changes a lot, not sure on what criteria but it does
* the blue glowy eyes only activate when they're seeing, granting them the power to see things from long distances
    * also activates when future sight is used
