Fill

Fill is a Pipling who wears their heart on their sleeve, er, mask. He can be a bit melodramatic, but is pretty levelheaded when it counts. He likes to use his tail to hold items and get around. He likes to collect white and black items to decorate his house, which is in a Rainforest Cafe restaurant.
