There was once a time when a soul was whole, unshattered. Jealousy broke it apart, scattering that soul to the winds and ensuring a cycle of life, death, rebirth...

Cori knows not a lick of that, and instead just focuses on her own degree and rescuing half dead plants from Lowes. Life is good so long as she has her plants, funny memes, and lattes in the morning. Yet fate (as well as an oversized dog) bring her into a new life for working for a large corporation. Sure, it was just an internship, yet it seemed as though her boss was willing to pull some strings so she could stay on permanently.
