Personality
Buckland is a young adult in their late 20s. They alternate between being a hot mess and the "mom friend" of their friend group. Despite considering themself a screw up, they often find themself taking care of others in their friend group.
In their teens and early twenties, they had a reputation as a wild, out of control partier. Now, a few years into sobriety, Buckland is slowly trying to re-establish friendships that don't involve drinking and drugs.
They covers their insecurities and self doubt with humor and jokes. They are willing to go to extreme lengths to get a laugh from friends, even acting recklessly. While they're always ready to raise a little hell, Buckland generally does not like to see people get hurt. They are a deeply sensitive individual who often puts their friends needs before their own.
They have a love of 80s and 90s nostalgia. They wear a lot of band / ironic t-shirts. They tend to wear jeans but have been known to opt for skirts from time to time. They are fond of jewelry (costume or otherwise) and like mixing it up with necklaces, bangles, and bracelets. They have an ever growing collection of cheap snap bracelets. They love Alanis Morissette and fem rock energy.

They stand 6' tall and have a compact, lean muscled build. They have the appearance/frame of someone who has not been taking care of themselves until recently. They have broad shoulders and well defined arms. They have an angular face ("diamond" shaped - references for face type: [1] [2] [3] [4]) with a sharp, straight nose line. They have high cheek bones and a narrow chin with a strong jaw line.
Their eyes are hazel (green/brown, but leaning towards green) eyes. They have slight bags/darkness under their eyes which often give them a tired appearance. They have freckles which cover the bridge of their nose and the upper portion of both their cheeks.
Their hair is red and long. Left alone, it falls in loose waves down to their shoulders. They tend to have it tied back in a loose bun or pony tail at the base of their neck. (References for hair: [1] [2]).
Buckland's gender presentation fluctuates. In their daily work life, they present strictly as male and go by he/him pronouns. With their friends or in Were form, they are more comfortable expressing their feminine side.
Appearance: Werewolf
In their wolf form, Buckland resembles a red and brown wolf. Their eyes are hazel (green/brown). Their coat is mostly red and brown with some light cream under their chin, neck, belly, and inner thighs (reference: [1]). They stand at 6'3" in their Were form.
Their fur is medium length with the exception of the back of their head and neck. Here, their fur grows somewhat longer mimicking their mid-neck length hair in their human form. (Think this general body type).
They will often wear their "human" clothes and accessories in their Were form, although they have no shame going without either.

Misc Info
- Buckland is an addict in recovery and have been living strictly sober for the past two years.
- He lived in a small midwest town until his early teens when his family moved to the city. He is self conscious about his accent coming across as "hick".
- He was raised by very religious parents and has a complicated relationship with religion. He was forced into conversion style therapy for a year in his early teens after his parents caught him with another boy. He doesn't like to talk about the experience.
