Harrie Eatbugs is very erratic, unpredictable, and generally chaotic in nature. They tend to be easily distracted and take a lot of risks, even when it isn't really necessary. They have a very noticeable twitch and wear a pointy hat with a patchwork cloak. They think they have rabies. They would run into traffic to protect girls.
History
Harrie grew up in a small village filled with people who love caring for animals and livestock. The village itself could be considered rural or backwater, filled with many folks who may or may not have a proper education outside of very basic reading and writing skills.
Harrie is a single child raised by a single father. Their father passed away when they were young, leaving them to be raised by their home village from the age of 11.
At a young age, Harrie was bitten by one of the local feral dogs and, after thorough "research" using their father's meager library, chalked up their symptoms to either rabies or lycanthropy. They are searching for a 'cure'.
