Richter

After falling from Kulluaari, he found himself taken in to work at a casino in Meoizle.  As his memories began to return to him, he considers whether he wants to return to Kulluaari or continue exploring the lands of Kotiin.  He seems particularly intrigued by the central island that has recently risen from the sea.
