Background:Peaceful and unassuming, Octavia is a particularly quiet Hive Queen who has taken to cultivating a single world. While this has caused some exasperation within her mother's psyche, one has to acknowledge that the work involved in maintaining such a bizarre landscape and its denizens comes with a unique set of challenges that Octavia's siblings haven't often encountered. Existing within a world that is almost entirely water, Octavia has sought to build a world deep beneath the surface and far from wandering eyes.

The environment would be considered hostile to her other siblings, but Octavia's original species and their 'features' have enabled her to adapt well to the world and all its quirks. In general, Octavia has benefited from the nature of many aquatic life forms, with many favouring more protective and communal settings. The introduction of the Collective Mind has improved their standard of living considerably and many otherwise primitive species have benefited from the knowledge that exists within generations of Asmotheian minds. 

Great cities have been built, art and magic a driving force within many of the cultures in the depths, and the future continues to look bright.

Octavia and her Hive are not adverse to visitors but they have recognised that the process of reaching their 'realms' may be difficult for some and completely impossible for others. As a whole this hidden Kingdom is united in the pursuit of a solution to this and work has begun on large 'gates' that might yet provide portals to those who can, at the very least, reach the surface of their planet and find a place to land.

For those that can find their way safely through the oceans to their cities, they will welcome them with open arms.

Octavia continues to promote peace and prosperity, and is well known for her pacifist tendencies. One might say that had she picked another world to cultivate then she would have met a less pleasant fate, but it seems that for this one, she has found the 'perfect fit'.
