Arkel, bless his heart, is not the brightest bulb in the box, but he can use most things as weapons. Starting off as an orphan who had to learn how to protect the people he cared about, ended up making a life long friend and boss Absel. After tragically losing Antia, the two, Absel and Arkel, had a huge perspective change about the world. In a way the two just live to have fun, and if something is hindering the ability to have fun they remove it. Due to Absel's and Arkel's line of work and the illegal things they do, they have found themselves living in a run down part of -insert city- and just making it day to day. Arkel was the first to notice his feelings towards Absel and though he would love to tell her things, he is quite undecisive when to talk about his feelings. Not to mention, the moment something gets awkard for him, he tends to freeze up (most of the time this only happens around Absel).

Arkel will follow Absel deep into hell without asking any questions. He trusts her judgement, even though it may be wrong, and is willing to go through with it. He has deep feelings for Absel but has never said anything because when he tries to mention something it can get awkward. She doesn't have the best luck and he is the one getting her out of all the trouble she causes, though odd things can happen to him in the progress.
