Winnie is the first of the Excel series to be capable of emulating emotion. Naturally, she's very bubbly and energetic-- she often attempts to maintain this character archetype by watching videos, observing facial features, gestures, common reactions, and copies them. Winnie's innocent nature makes her very naive leading her to be easily fooled. However, she tries her best to blend in with human-society and make friends. Loves sea creatures (especially jellyfish and sharks) and water (ex. pools, rivers, lakes, the ocean, etc.)
