As a very intimidating large man, most assume Mako is some sort of warrior despite the lack of any visible weapons or armor. Perhaps this innate intimidation works to his favor, because he's never been given problems walking through dark woods or dangerous cities alone. In reality, he's a very passive messenger who stays away from any and all fights if he can help it. He tends to be quite friendly and laid back, but while working he does do everything in his power to get his deliveries to their destinations on time.
