Seere was a demonic prince under the King of the East, Amaymon. Riding on a winged horse, he was to pass over the earth and find all sorts of treasures for those who summoned him. He was the beauty with a cruel interior, submitting only to those who summoned him, or to his King.

And when he was summoned for the last time, he was bound within ink to a boy he would have ended up killing were it not for Joey binding their souls together.

Now the equivalent of a hoarding raven, he is just along for the ride, even after the massacre. Whatever Blight did, he was there.
