An incredibly cunning creature who relies on its wicked intelligence to take down its enemies! Monarch was created from the body of its predecessor, Beast, and while much smaller in comparison is unbelievably deadly
Monarch's body works in strange ways, somehow able to communicate through the strange metal contraption welded to its face. It communicates freely with its handlers and even sometimes seems to cooperate with them, but only if Monarch is somehow benefiting from the exchange. Nobody is sure how Monarch fells its enemies since it always does so in secret or in darkness, more research will have to be done
