Fishy [tbn]

Criminal man working for the in-world organization based out of Japan. Currently attempting to infiltrate Gustavo’s gang under orders from his superiors. Gustavo has a good idea of his dishonest nature and keeps him close for the convenience of monitoring his behavior and figuring out his true intentions. 

Laid back, polite, chivalrous, and extremely good at strategizing when given the opportunity, but the unpredictable nature of Gustavo’s troupe leaves him out of his element entirely. He’s a good team player with a no man left behind/no loose strings left uncut mentality, despite having a rocky relationship with his organization back home.
