Born in Johto, she spent her days being raised in a cult. 

She is what is known as a Tamer: A being that transcends humanity by holding the soul of a new god in them. They are connected to the Legends in mysterious ways, and can harness their powers. 

She has a strong connection to Arceus, as well as other legends, as a result of her being a Tamer.
