Karthus Aedorinh's Links
Karthus finds Treads displeasing and a horndog. He avoids the argonian when he can unless he needs something done and everyone else refuses him. Later on, he would describe turning Treads into a vampire as "murky and salty" and would "never do it again".
Finding Karthus extremely attractive (Though obviously loving Lovile more. Nobody could replace that), he resists his awkward dreams about the vampire and often resorts to burning himself to get the thoughts to go away. He's very happy that Lovile can have a Summersetian Mer to talk to now, atleast. He just can't be in the same room.
Karthus originally didn't care for Lovile, wanting to hunt him down and turn him in for the Beast Queen's bounty. But having listened to his oddness and being able to have someone to discuss Summersetian life with again, he grew fond of Lovile and even considers him a cousin.
Butting heads with him on occasion, they have harmless competitive moments and bicker like siblings and Karthus says choice words only a few would dare to even think to say to Lovile.
With the murder of Treads under the possession and last revenge of Beau, Karthus desperately wishes he could see Lovile again and feels like a lost cause all over again losing his only close friend.
Karthus never had a problem with Beau, treating him as he would Vadhren. His opinions started to gain reluctance when Beau began to bully him out of nowhere. After a bit of the antagonizing, he'd had enough and would retaliate on occasion. When things didn't improve, he eventually left with Barsis. He still to this day doesn't know what his deal is.
Beau finds himself easily jealous of Karthus. He considers him competition for not really any particular reason other than he's attractive to a lot of the Friar Monks in the caverns and to Hunalorn. He also isn't fond of him for taking Zashem's side and being biased against Altmer.
Beau later antagonizes and intimidates Karthus enough to leave Friar Mortis as a whole to remove the 'threat'. However, this devolves them into a later feud that ends up taking over Tamriel.
Karthus respects Vadhren's seniority over him and his abilities. He tends to be very business-like in personality when in his presence despite knowing a lot of "dirt" on the former Mortis leader.
Vadhren is very interested in Karthus' abilities especially in Flesh Sculpting. He hoped that Karthus would stay to show him how to do so but that didn't go quite as planned. A tad disappointed, but understanding of wanting to be a solo evil-man.
Vadhren finds Karthus very attractive but tends to keep his thoughts to himself to remain civil. However, it does slip when his sobriety isn't at its strongest.
