Eidothea

She is blind in her "human" eyes, only able to see if she reveals her normally-glamoured set -- one between her eyes, one on her forehead, and one on her tongue. Additionally, her human glamour isn't entirely perfect; her left arm is made entirely out of ice in that form, no matter what she does in order to fix the glamour. Oh well.

The main reason she hasn't been captured is because she lives in a universe where Team Aqua had won without interference from a trainer. Instead, she joined Regirock and Registeel, and even later Regigigas, in an attempt to stop everything from getting worse. This failed, and just when Eidothea was sure she'd be captured, an Ultra Wormhole swept her, her fellows, and Archie away into different dimensions.

SPECIES: regice. an unusual specimen, as she is what is known as a “shiny” pokemon due to her unusual coloration.
