Nym originally replaced Asha (Aktaisha) in a game of LMoP. She was built to fill a niche that had not yet been covered, and originally I didn't care too much for her, nor was I really excited to play her (which is really not how you want to build characters for continued gameplay), but I grew to love her and her interactions with the other characters in the game.
And now that she survived the end of LMoP, our DM is continuing our story onward as our party runs a guild based out of Phandalin.
