design terms

• going against these terms means after you part with any of our designs, you may not ever be allowed to get them back or get our newer designs. once they’re gone that is it. you will be blacklisted by going against the terms.
• designs by me or eris may not be sold, traded or gifted to users on our blacklist. please view our blacklist page at the bottom. they also cannot co-own our designs once blacklisted.
• you may not resell, trade, raffle or gift off designs by us until after 2 weeks minimum. this is to try to help prevent mass trading/selling and have our designs tossed around a lot.
• only sell or trade for what the design is worth. not any more than they are worth.
• you can only resell our designs if you bought the design yourself. if it was a sale from us or the previous owner. if you paid to own the design, you can resell (even if you paid some money + a trade.) after that, you may only sell the design for what you paid money wise + the art you paid for. the rest of the value is considered trade only value.
• if you traded or won the design you can only trade or gift them off.
• co-own at your own risk.
