Honi Somnum

A restless Hypno woman with a lot of free time. She is very calm and does her utmost best to make people feel comfortable around her, but her immense efforts to do so sometimes backfires, instead making her come off as a little unsettling instead. She becomes more snide when annoyed. Honi has a perpetually tired expression that is incredibly contagious, inducing some degree of drowsiness in those who make extensive eye contact with her. She is under the direct employ of the Combat League and is a sleep therapist for several high ranking fighters. Honi has the power to look into dreams, a useful tactic to find insight on her patients' mental health troubles. With a peerless ability to lull others to sleep, She also assists those who have trouble getting proper rest at all. She seems to genuinely care about her patients, and is very serious about identifying the roots of their troubles. To this end, she offers to employ hypnotic suggestion to find answers hidden in her patients' subconscious. This doesn't happen often since many of her patients are too afraid to actually go through with it.

Honi literally does not sleep or feel any sort of drowsiness because of her ability, leaving her with a lot more free time during her off hours than most people. Her home is very tidy and organized since she's able to stay on top of chores and household tasks. Since she lives in the combat capital where the most esteemed battlers gather, one of her major hobbies is training herself. Honi spends a lot of her free time doing casual spars at the gym, where several inattentive Fighting-type patrons are prone to challenging her and getting demolished. In a way, she thinks their muscle-headed impulsiveness is cute.

While she appreciates having extra time that most do not , on low days Honi sometimes thinks of her inability to sleep normally as something that makes her less normal. She owns a special bracelet which she calls the Null Loop, which deactivates her ability and allows her to get some sleep. With this bracelet on, she becomes a very heavy sleeper and can be difficult to wake, due to trying to make up for countless hours of missed sleep. Honi begins turning in her sleep if she remains asleep for too long, a lingering effect of her ability. She sometimes flings the Null Loop off of her wrist while asleep, causing her to instantly wake.

Honi has a younger sister named Diana, whom she is not very close to since they were separated from each other shortly after Diana was born. The two have been reunited for a year, and are only about as close as two coworkers who know each others' names.
