SIA is the prototype for the next SATRIA project- who doesn't own any amount of remorse or compassion towards her creators. She's maniacal, ruthless and finds fun in hurting others (mainly humans). Absolutely despises her "sister" for being special, and she makes it her life's purpose to go out and dispose her. 

Her limbs can change shape and expose her main weapon of choice, chainsaws!
