Meet Tejana (aka Tejanakaturadilena)! She's an OC of a friend of mine, Brownbug, who has generously allowed me to play with her toys. I've been using her for ArtFight, and am putting her here to collate visual references and other art, and provide the written descriptions for anyone looking to draw her.

Tejana is a fan-character from a "Doctor Who" fanfiction series, "One Moment in Time", found here. She's a Time Lord (well, Time Lady in her case), an alien species from Doctor Who lore who, in case you're not familiar, have the ability to "regenerate" their bodies - if mortally wounded, they can basically get themselves a whole new body, all healed up but with a new appearance and usually changes in personality. They can do this thirteen times; Tejana is on her fourth, so has four different appearances. If you're going to draw her, feel free to tackle any of 'em!
Time Lords are essentially humanoid in appearance, although with differences in internal physiology - two hearts, for example. I'm pulling parts of the physical descriptions of each of her regenerations from the fanfic series, as much of it as I can find; this may be subject to additions or change as I bug Brownbug for more details!

Art permissions:
Fine for minor injuries, especially II (because Time War), fantasy / sci-fi violence to the level of what you might see in Doctor Who.
She can be 'shipped with a few canons - she's lived a very long life! Only one at a time, though! And nothing NSFW, just sort of...general 'shippiness. II spent some time with Vislor Turlough, III was with Jack Harkness for a very brief while and then took up with the Master, and IV is still with the Master. (The fic series hasn't yet progressed beyond this point, so Missy isn't on the scene - just up to Simm-Master.)
By all means, draw her interacting with various canons! We'd prefer to stick to what's canonically plausible for her as per the series to date, though, so no-one beyond the era of Eleven and Amy yet. You can ask me if she's encountered a particular earlier character, or there's the fanfic series to refer to (hella long, worth a read). For any other OCs, do feel free to ask, and I'll run it past Brownbug! (Whether it's a yay or nay will most likely depend on canonical plausibility, so please don't be offended if we have to politely decline. )
