Despite all her assertion that she's "scary and evil", BLOODHOUND's intimidating appearance and frightening powers belie an excitable, sweet, and friendly personality. Despite how eager she is to make friends, her exuberant nature and unsettling abilities have made her a misfit, and she's found herself alone - and looking for work among villains. She knows she's not marketable enough to be a hero, so maybe if she looks on the other side, she'll find somewhere she'll belong..?
BLOODHOUND has the ability to turn into a giant hellhound which can inflict "nightmare vision" upon anyone who hears its bark. Those affected will experience intense visual and auditory hallucinations for a count of thirty seconds at a time. These powers also grant BLOODHOUND all the abilities which come with being a giant animal, such as a heightened sense of smell, clear night vision, claws, and fangs.
