Bali may only be very rarely seen, but her presence can easily be felt by anyone close by. She exists not only in her physical form, but in the blooming of every flower, the birth of every animal, and the change between each season. Everything in nature is well-planned by Bali. She doesn't believe in accidents or coincidences, and everything she does is a deliberate action. Those who do manage to meet her in person describe her as warm, if a little quiet.
