"number 0706? that number belongs to dallan. a stray cat we altered to give supernatural abilities, he presents us with a strength unseen before now. he's a loose canon, that one — a creature with an ability unseen before now, dallan has powers that even we have not fully uncovered yet. it proved to be a good weapon, but unfortunately was rejected because it nearly killed one of the scientists."

Dallan is a feline of few words, keeping to himself and staying on the fringes of society and avoiding all nececessary and unnecessary attention. The introverted nature of them isn't something that they choose to take on, however; it's just a result of his extremely traumatic past. He was once a subject to governments experiments that aimed to create a new species of weaponized animals, the results of which have left him scarred in every way possible.
Despite it's reserved nature, Dallan can be fiercely independent and self-sufficient. In the past, it has had to rely on it's own instincts and ability in order to survive, and as a result has become uncomfortable with the thought of working in a group rather than alone. Dallan values honesty and integrity, which pair together perfectly with his strong sense of justice. He doesn't always show it, but he feels strongly and passionately about the world around him.
Because of the traumatic past that they had to go through, Dallan has a lot of emotional baggage that he struggles to deal with and refuses to open up about. He has a very hard time opening up and expressing his feelings — especially after X's disappearance. Dallan has been prone to bouts of paranoia and anxiety, which causes him to always be on guard for potential threats.
Dallan is an extremely tall and slim genetically mutated feline with brownish-cream shades of fur, gray sclera with red pupils, cherry-red spikes along his back, large curled ram horns, and a creamy-white blindfold. His fur is a mix of tangled and soft ranging from medium to a long length.
- His eyes are extremely sensitive to light, so he wears the blindfold to proect them.
- Dallan is partially blind! He can see things, but they're very blurry unless he is in the darkness.
- The spikes on it's back are fully retractable! They are also extremely sharp.
Dallan was born to his mother, Sariya, alongside his sister Aurora, into the city of [REDACTED], Kansas. A city where poverty and crime plagued the world but Sariya was determined to keep her children safe. Several weeks after their birth, their mother decided to run away into the countryside to give her children a transquil enviroment to be raised. Meanwhile, Dallan and Aurora were happy to be just young children in the fields, prancing and enjoying things.
In their teenhood, Dallan and Aurora helped their mother with daily tasks, until one fatal day, where he witnessed his sister being carried away by humans. When he ran home to try and inform his mother, he found her being captured — with him being the final one. Dallan woke later trapped within a cold, metal cage, terrified. It got one last look at Sariya, which marked the last time he would ever see his mother again.
With each passing day, Dallan slowly lost sense of time and acquiring more and more rage towards humans, to the point where he had to be sedated in order to calm him down. After the first few, they started using stronger drugs. Things that would take him out for hours at a time, which gave them time to inject several chemicals, all of which would begin to alter his body horribly afterwards.
Being in this place, one which he'd learned was nicknamed the Labratory, he'd met new cats and made connections with certain others. He reunited with his sister, found a partner, and even befriended a small dog named Kaelen! Though, Kaelen didn't make it through the week... the experiements were too intensive. That was the night that Dallan realized he had to escape this hellhole.
One of the friends he'd made in the Labratory was something called a boomer — someone who could cause explosions at the flick of a wrist. He promised Aurora that they would escape — and he meant it. Dallan signaled for the explosions to start, took his sister, and fled the facility alongside numerous other creatures.
After escaping from the Labratory, Dallan spent many moons afterwards living on the fringes of society. With his sister by his side, he roamed the wilderness by using his enhanced abilities and instincts to survive and keep Aurora safe. It became like second-nature to him, to survive and discover things that could keep everything around him and Aurora safe.
Dallan tries to stay optimistic about the future of their world — about Sariya and his partner — but it's all a false truth that he tells himself to stay somewhat motivated for this world.
- He sometimes gets haunted by the memories of the government facility, and sometimes experience vivid nightmares and flashbacks. PTSD in other words.
- Even though he prefers to be lonely, he wishes to have close beings/friends around him to trust.
- Due to the experiments, Dallan has an enhanced sense of echolocation similar to whales, by purring he's able to detect beings that are nearby.
- It is extremely protective of it's family, specifically his sister seeing as she is the only piece of family that he has remaining.

Sariya is the single mother of Dallan and Aurora and the former mate of Henning. Dallan was extremely close and loving with his mother, but since her disappearance he has been tracking her down. He remebers her vaguely — glimpses and snippets of the times in his past from before the Labratory.
The last time Dallan saw Sariya was in the Labratory, and since then he has been trying to find her. It wants to just make their family whole again — and to learn what happened between Sariya and Henning.
father
Henning is the biological sire of Dallan and Aurora and the former mate of Sariya. Dallan knows little to nothing about his father, only that for some reason he was not there for his birth or the majority of his life.
Dallan has attempted to reconcile with his father but unfortunately has had no real success so far. They aren't sure why Henning won't speak about Sariya, or why he's so awkward around Dallan.
sister
Aurora is Dallans only sister, and he cherishes her more than anything else in the world. It's rare for them to say anything sweet or loving to anyone, even to his sister, but he does put her before anyone else. Every night, Dallan makes sure she eats her fill and drinks enough to sustain herself before looking for something to satiate himself.
They are twin siblings, though Dallan acts as if he is the older of the two. He wants to keep her safe from harm at all means possible.

Kaelen was the only friend that Dallan has had in his life — his one true friend back from the Labratory. They were there for the last few seconds of his life and he wants to avenge Kaelen for what was done to him.
Dallan and Kaelen were apart of the same subgroup of mutated — known as kutthers, they were creatures that were mutated and alterd to become supernaturally strong. Blessed with abilities that were unknown to the world, the two of them were planned to work as a duo. Unfortunately, Kaelen did not make it through the last round of tests.
