Anima Sei

Anima is a rather quirky fellow who researches a variety of PSI abilities, even those that seem more unconventional or dangerous than usual. Despite being a researcher, perform “field research” rather than practicing PSI abilities in a lab with safety procedures and such. As a result of their research, they've developed some rather bizarre abilities, including the ability to either warp reality around them or even warp their own being and functions or those of others for different purposes. Some of these abilities seem to border on borderline magic at times, despite retaining the property of being a PSI ability.

On the note of their species, there is not much official information on them as the only notable appearances of them are the final bosses in the Mother/EarthBound series, Giegue and Giygas.
