- He owns an in-home organ trafficking service where he stuffs and bakes intestine and organ desserts for local cannibals. The service is named "Sugary Sweet Paradise."
- Ginger himself has an insatiable sweet tooth! He often snacks on his own creations, explaining his sticky fingers and sugary scent.
- His dental care is surprising, good! He has no cavities and keeps them well brushed. He makes it a point to never miss a dentist appointment.
- Drinks almost 4 cups of coffee a day. He adds creamer, sugar, nutmeg, whipped cream, and caramel to it
- Ginger owns a pet penguin named Pingu, who often lounges in the kitchen while he bakes and cooks. Pingu's gender is a mystery, even to him.
- His favorite holiday is none other than Christmas! He adores the festive decorations, cozy snowy nights, colorful lights, endless baking sessions, and peppermint candy canes!
- Tried being a (illegal) surgeon once at Whitewoods Hospital. It didn't work out so well. Though he does offer in-home surgery procedures sometimes. Just be warned they never turn out with pleasant results.
- Ginger doesn’t just bake for humans but also makes sweet treats for pets! Pingu is often the first to taste-test these animal-friendly creations.
- Annoy him and he'll stab you with his sharp peppermint candy cane staff.
- He hates hates hates hates HATES it when anyone (human or animal) denies eating his food. He'll absolutely fucking snap and chop them up into little pieces to bake into a pie.
Ginger is a sugar loving deer with an adoration for creating all things delectable. He whips up many flavorsome desserts and pastries that he's willing to share (force) with anyone, whether friend or foe. He is a delightful man with a sly yet charming smile that could fool even the most observant of people. He uses these captivating wits to convince individuals to become a close friend of his, mainly to eat his cooking and indulge in his assorted sweets. This seemingly innocent penchant for sharing his creations has led to a tragic pattern: many of his friends have succumbed to heart attacks from the relentless barrage of unhealthy food. Which only drives him to continuously seek out new companions to fill the void left by those lost to his culinary indulgences. Ginger’s open arms to newcomers hide his true intent—to satiate his desire to feed others to the point of diabetes and strokes.
Ginger is obsessed with baking and cooking to an extremely unhealthy extent. His kitchen refrigerator is always packed and cramped with goodies that end up expiring from being long forgotten. He has to clean it out daily but never learns his lesson as he continues to make the same mistake over and over again. He just can't keep his hand off the spatula for more than five minutes.
His possessiveness and controlling nature extend to that of his friends. He keeps tabs on them, dictating their actions and social interactions to ensure they remain close and dependent on him. He feels the need to keep others in check and not let them stray off too far from him.

Ginger is definitely intrigued by Fumi's short-worded responses, even purposely asks Fumi random stuff just to get a "hm" in response. He, however, wasn't too fond of being provoked by Fumi in the beginning. But the more he got to know Fumi, the more he learned about his personality and grew to be more open and realized that Fumi is a very vexing person. He started finding Fumi's provokes amusing as time went on, especially if he ever got to see Fumi acting this way towards another person as it made for a good show. The sole fact that Fumi would consume whatever Ginger creates is a major plus for him. He'd deal with Fumi's mischievous ass 24/7 if it meant he'd eat all of Ginger's food creations.
Ginger actually doesn't know a thing about Casper! But boy does he love driving the poor therapist up the wall. Casper always stops by his bakery for lunch during his break, leaving the two to be somewhat acquainted. Ginger likes to flirt and tease Casper during their interactions despite not harboring any feelings for the guy. It's all done in good fun!
