Adopts and Designs section main points:
- 1. Please do not edit my artworks to make changes to the original design. Changes to the design can be freely made IF the owner creates/commissions a new ref, but do not edit the art I have made. (Though, hue shifts are fine.)
- 3. Please do not sell a character for more than you bought it for, unless you have spent money/points on the design or have added art made by yourself/obtained through trades. Pieces you make by yourself/get through trades should add to the character's price for as much as your art is worth. (Ex: you draw a full body of a character I designed bought by you. If your full bodies are priced at $7, You may add on that much value to that character's worth, not an amount like $20.)
- 4. You are free to do as you please with the design as long as you do not claim it as your original design. You don't need to tell me if you sell my designs, you don't need to ask permission to change anything about them.
- 7. Only one toyhouse profile can be made for each of my designs, to prevent confusion if/when transferring. If you are co-owning a character designed by me and wish to have a place to keep and access the art, please either have the person with the toyhouse profile authorize you to see the images unwatermarked or create a private personal sta.sh with the art and design.
Other points in the section regarding customs/designs:
2. If I make you a custom, you can let me know if there is anything you would like changed on the design and I will comply. However, if you buy a pre-made character, I will not make changes to the designs for you.
5. If you ask for a hold, I expect you to be able to pay within 24-48h. Sometimes I will not do holds, do not ask for one if I clearly state I will not be taking holds in the post.
6. If you cannot pay after winning an auction or your hold is up and you still do not have the funds, you will not be able to participate in any of my other adopts/auctions.
