A slightly nervous, but inquisitive elven weatherman that knows more than he lets on. However nervous she may get, Bailey still likes to perform, being one of the greatest bards and mages in the Four Scales. He's very tall, but his heart is bigger.
Bailey, despite his nervous, is a great leader, eventually going on to lead the current generation of Mystique. She may doubt herself, but will put their nerves aside for others.
