Tatsu is a mysterious and chaotic entity of unknown origin with the appearance of a vibrant dromaeosaurid with draconic traits. Due to a cosmic brain disease that causes his brain to rot, Tatsu is extremely unstable, self destructive, and volatile. His true form is gargantuan, spanning galaxies and is incomprehensible to the mortal eye, causing immediate brain death on sight. His true name is also incomprehensible.

His actions and moods are unpredictable. He's able to withstand a considerable amount of physical damage and wounds heal completely with no marks left behind. This regenerative ability also plays into his disease, as the rot heals itself continuously, causing his brain to always be in a constant cycle of decay.

Due to immortality, his normally fatal disease cannot kill him. As his brain is in a constant state of rot and regeneration, the level of rot at any given time heavily influences his mental state.
