Background

Robin was born alongside her twin sister, Vera, in Russia. Unlike her mother, Annika, her father wasn't happy about the fact that she had given birth to twin girls. Mikhali waited for four years,until concluding that Vera didn't have any powers. He ended up murdering her at 4 years old,as she wouldn't benefit him without any powers. He lied to Annika and Robin that the four year old had only ran away. Robin, being young and naive, wanted go after her sister, but was stopped by Mikhali. After failing to look for Vera, Annika confronted Mikhali that she knew he had killed her daughter, but still, he kept his manipulation tactics.

3 years after the incident, Annika got into a fight with Mikhali, in which she was murdered by her own husband. Robin had witnessed the death, horrified, but swore to keep her mouth shut as she was only 7 years old and terrified of her father. Robin leaned on her cousin, Tatyana for support after the death of both her mother and sister. She became like an older sister to her. She grew worried for Tatyana's younger brother, Konstantin. He would usually fight with their brother, Sergei, to try and prove his power. She worried that the fear would eventually get to his head.

Eventually, Tatyana was murdered by Robin's uncle, Ivan. Mikhali had enough, and moved to Ninjago with her where they would try and cover up their family's past. She was 10 at this time. Everything was going fine, until Robin was kicked out of the house by her father at 15, causing her to live on the streets for a few months. Being now homeless and alone. Robin became a thief, until she was eventually caught by the ninja. Zane caught her, and brought her to the Monastery upon learning that she had nowhere to go. After Sensei Wu had discovered her unique powers, he decided to give her a chance in the team, seeing as she had nowhere else to go anyway. During her stay, she grew close to Kai and Cole, but wasn't comfortable being a ninja. She left, upon meeting Griffin Turner and remaining with his family for a while.

Abilities Overview

• Provoke/absorb Fear ~ An essential ability, Robin has the ability to absorb others fear, using it to make her powers stronger and more endurable. She can also make others instinctively scared of her, as well as form fear inside of them. This allows her to give people hallucinations and panic attacks, which can lead to heart attack - ultimately resulting in death.
• Telekenesis ~ Fear Masters possess the ability to use telekenesis, which is stronger or weaker depending on the amount of fear present.
• Revoking ~ Fear masters can cause fear in others, but they can also erase it completely and revoke it, clearing anxieties and fears.
• Dream-walking ~ Allows Fear masters to walk in dreams, ultimately becoming able to turn them into nightmares.
• Demons/Identities ~ Fear can accidentally create demons and identities for the master, which ultimately doesn't benefit them. But it can urge corruption.
• Corruption ~ Fear masters can become corrupt, this usually happens as a result of using their powers too much, and becoming too addicted. It benefits the powers, but not the user as they lose a sense of reality, becoming completely evolved in their powers and doing anything to let it thrive.
• Hallucinations ~ Allows the master of fear to cause hallucinations for other people, which can result in panic attacks. They can also get hallucinations themselves, however.
• Sensation ~ The ability to sense where fear is stimulating from.

Robin is one of the weakest users of Fear, a corrupted element.

It is a very dangerous power, that has turned many previous elemental masters evil to corruption, which leads Robin to avoid it altogether, to no avail. It has the ability to absorb and manipulate fear that comes from other people, the more fear the master obtains, the stronger they become. It has been said to travel negative energies throughout the users, saying that if one member goes stronger in fear, it benefits all of the users. Konstantin had managed to create an idenitity for his powers, a creature that powered him and fed off of his time being the Midnight Beast. It was shown to be a disfigured figure, that could only make itself present by the use of shadows. Meanwhile, Robin's fear has a voice that whispers wherever she goes. They can create fear in others, and absorb it - becoming extremely useful, as the masters themselves lack the natural emotion of fear.
