Personality: Timid and very quiet. She hardly ever speaks besides around people she is already familiar with, she doesn't feel safe when she isn't around those she knows either. Her trauma makes her too scared to start conversation, and while she is attempting to fix it, it's a slow process that she has only recently begun.  She's quick to tears when she's scared and often starts hyperventilating or shaking when alone in a crowd of strangers. Even among those she's familiar with, she doesn't speak often, preferring to enjoy the company of those she loves and help around quietly.

Story: Baltic's egg was laid as the war was starting to become more and more widespread, with most kingdoms now taking it seriously and drafting armies. Her parents were together long before the war and planed to stay together long after it, but once the war started dragging out for more than a decade, the thought of them running away to start a family became more and more promising. Her father, Titan the Seawing, and mother, Dznabuk the Icewing, had been meeting together in secret for years because Dznabuk's high ranking position in the circles made it nearly impossible for her to elope with him. However, once their egg cane into the picture, she finally decided to run away with him and disappear to raise their dragonet. Unfortunately, Titan had died protecting his older brother Barramundi from a cactus explosion, leaving him with near fatal injuries and Titan dead. Dznabuk, after loosing her long time lover, spiraled and in her grief, shooed off Barramundi and blamed him for Titan's death. She then tried to raise the dragonet on her own, and if it presented too much like a hybrid, she would fake the egg's death and raise the dragonet in secret. Once the dragonet hatched, Dznabuk knew she couldn't claim her as a full Icewing, so it the name Baltic, one of Titan's ideas for future children at the time. After a year or so of raising Baltic in private, Dznabuk discovered the dragonet was an animus and made Baltic make enchantments to hide herself better. Due to Baltic's very young age at the time, she failed to word the spells properly and while out with her mother in secret, the enchantment broke and a snowball of events lead to Baltic and Dznabuk running from the guards who were trying to take the young animus. This chase resulted in an accident that caused Dznabuk and several of the guards' deaths. Baltic was only able to escape due to her underdeveloped gills and swam out of the Ice kingdom. Now, an orphan at 4 years old, her only chance at a home was the uncle her mother had told her about. Eventually finding him after 2 years of staying hidden and swimming all along the shores of Pyrrhia. Baltic lived with Barramundi until the war ended when she was 10. Shortly after the war ended she met a Mudwing named Bluff and , very slowly, the two started to get acquainted and eventually fell in love. Baltic and Barramundi eventually moved in with Bluff and his sisters and they now all live together. Her wedding ring is enchanted to protect her from animus magic (both her own and others) so she was largely unaffected by the events of Arc 2. 

Physical Description: Baltic is very wiry and thin. She is very physically weak and frail, getting sick and hurt easily. Her scales are mostly layered like a SeaWing's going down her body, with no glowscales outside of her underbelly. Her horns are the same as an IceWings, but her spikes are shorter and not as many. Baltic is mostly very light shades of white or blue, with the exception of the dark splotching covering her whole body besides her underbelly. Her blood is a dark, almost purple color and her teeth are black. She always wears her wedding ring, a gold ring lined with tiger's eye meant to match Bluff, who himself has a silver ring with blue agate on it. Her underbelly is a light blue color and the only place she has glowscales, in the same pattern as her father and uncle.
