Pulse

Pulse, also known as the green devil, is a renowned bounty hunter in mobius, mainly for his speed and stealth. It is said that he can reach super sonic speeds, though this may be true, he can only keep this speed for 30 seconds, which causes extreme exhaustion on him, however only a handful of people know this. Leaving this aside he is pretty arrogant for his celebrity status, which becomes obvious that it is a facade, and he knows he is a fraud. He has the ability to feel the heartbeat of living beings, he is unaware of this skill and yet, he can differentiate the heartbeat of several people.
