LUZELKI'S GLOBAL DESIGN TERMS OF USE

• Before putting offers on a character, please AT LEAST draw them once, let the character have AT LEAST 1 additional piece of art before trading/reselling etc.
• You may only increase the value of the character after additional pieces of art/media. 
• If you bought the character with art, trade it again for art. Do not resell OCs for profit unless stated.
• PLEASE LET ME KNOW BEFORE HAND IF YOU ARE USING THE CHARACTER FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES.
• Do not make the OC I designed as an original species. IF it's for personal use and only for that character that's fine.
• IF YOU PLAN LEAVING TOYHOUSE, please PLEASE transfer the character back to me and I'll hold them for you. Though, you may also create a storage account to store them there.
• ANYONE in my Blacklist is unable to obtain any of my designs. If you plan to transfer a design to someone on my Blacklist, you will be Blacklisted as well. 

• You may redesign my designs, as long it does not drift far from the original.
• Do not remove my credit.
• OBVIOUSLY BY COMMON SENSE, DO NOT HEAVILY REFERENCE, COPY, STEAL, HEAVILY INSPIRED BY MY DESIGNS.
• Colorpicking is fine, I don't own colors. Just as long the color placement isn't identical or too much of the same from the original character's.
