zal is the 9th sage, known as "the sage of dreams" - able to manipulate the emotions and dreams of individuals. her backpack is a magical item, able to store and create these concepts.
mostly laid back and friendly, but has a serious (and scary) side reserved for any situations that may put her or others in danger. currently resides in the Space Colony ORCA with her adopted daughter.
