A simple cat living in space. Tends to avoid communication whenever possible and very reserved - only opening up when around certain people - Despite that, she seems to have a good heart, if not one that is easily fooled by words of others.
Raised in the Space Colony ORCA alongside their adopted sibling after being found and rescued by a Sage from.. something. Matcha is sheltered, and rather unexperienced when it comes to anything else. She does seem to be trying her best, though.

Trivia
Matcha is a nickname for their actual name; Emilia Marasia. They're some kind of cat-human hybrid, possessing ears and two tails, though she herself doesn't remember if she was born this way or if it was something she became. Nevertheless, the subject is very touchy to Matcha, and they'd rather not talk about it.
- Their life span is (supposedly) nine times that of a normal human's, which affects her aging. In human years, Matcha is around 25 years old.
- Has an unconditional and unexplainable love for hamburgers.
- Huge anime and game nerd, their favorites being Fullmetal Alchemist and Final Fantasy VII respectively.
- Her biology is similar to a cat's - chocolate would likely kill her.
- May act like a cat sometimes; purring, kneading, following random bright lights, etc.
Abilities
Not known to have any sort of specified magic, but she can still do some of the basics without much trouble. Does possess several cat abilities; being highly agile, stealthy, climbing, tracking down scents, and advanced night vision. Their weapon of choice is an axe, of which they're surprisingly proficient with using during combat.
Backstory
Most of her old memories have been long forgotten, yet she still vividly remembers the day she was saved by Zal, the 9th Sage. Matcha grew up alongside two human children, who were also adopted by the Sage after sharing a similar past, living together in the Space Ark. As they got older, Matcha's siblings decided to set out for a life out of the Ark, yet the cat choose to stay behind and live alongside Zal. Matcha was sad that they left, but held on hope of meeting them again someday.
The cat was happy with their current life, yet that peace would be disrupted as in the planet below, rumours of a killer targetting Sages reacher their ears. A now older Matcha came to realize that something had to be done about it, choosing to finally leave the Ark in order to put an end to this. She searched and hunted, but despite her hardest efforts, they were never able to track down the killer. She ended up spending far longer in the old world than she expected, eventually meeting with a certain human from there...
Relationships
... That one human, was Emma. A friendly, but surprisingly protective girl. Being the first person outside of her family to show any sort of friendliness to Matcha, the two became close almost instantaneously.
Despite what you would expect her more off-handed approach and laid-back personality, Baji is not only one of the Sages, but also a great parent to them. Matcha is of course, very close to her, choosing to go out of her way to stop anyone who'd put Zal's life at risk. Still, she can't help but think that Zal is hiding something big from them.
One of Matcha's two siblings - The two haven't seen each other in over a century, and while the human has heard passing word of a certain catgirl seen exploring around the planet, they choose to avoid her for a reason.
