Alys is every bit a stereotypical 14 year old girl. 

Alys is cheery and bright, filled with childish energy. Her view of the world is rather naïve, as she's spent her entire life within her hometown and raised in the church. Because of this, she can be a bit gullible and easily believe others- especially adults, She can also seem immature, getting upset or pouty over very minor things that wouldn't upset others. 

She is not the youngest in the family, but she definitely acts like it. Being only one year younger than her elder brother, Rhys, the two are extremely close. She's used to him taking care of her and getting her way- typically little sibling behavior. 

For all her faults though, Alys is somebody you'd welcome into your friend group. She fully believes that good will always prevail, and is quite earnest! She loves a good chat, and has no troubles with small talk. She's comfortable speaking with any gender or age; a skill she learned as a priestess, speaking with others. 

The girl also is enamored by love and thinks it's darling when people have crushes or are in love. She grew up with those stories, and it's something she wants to emulate one day! 

【 STORY 】

BACKSTORY

"We're getting less visitors these days..."

Alys Baumann is the second born to the Baumann family, consisting of a father, mother, elder brother and two younger siblings. The only outstanding part of her family is how exceptionally loving and caring they are of one another. Alys was born in Dasvezo, to a simple couple that was doing their part to worship the God of Nature, Elian. They took pride in the country's oldest and largest church, raising their children to follow in their footsteps.

And Alys took this to heart. She loved being praised and making her parents happy, so latched on easily to the gospel. Her bubbly demeanor made her popular amongst the churchgoers, and she decided from an early age to become a priestess. In fact, she knew the church would be inherited by her or her brother, and regardless of whose hands it fell into, she was going to remain dedicated to the word,

Over time, Alys noticed fewer and fewer crowds being welcomed to their church for sermons and even less for conversion. Whenever the festival to welcome new followers to adopt a Nature affinity came and went, it always saddened her to see less people cared to gain their element. 

Still, she remains loyal and faithful to Elian, doing her best to keep the followers they have and maybe welcome new ones.

CURRENT

"Don't take Nature for granted! Without it, there'd be nothing else!"

Alys is a priestess within the largest church, owned by the Baumann family. She had assumed her entire life would pass by in the walls of the church; imagine her surprise when the God of Nature himself showed up at their church. Elian knew the most loyal followers were the Baumann family, and personally came to ask for help.

Admittedly, she was not the first pick. Her parents decided to stay behind to care for the church, not feeling comfortable with leaving one parent all the tasks of the church and caring for their younger children. Alys' older brother, Rhys, was picked first. They decided Alys should accompany him as well. 

Alys now follows the group and hopes to help convert people as well as help others not take the gifts of Nature for granted.
