Neron was a noble in the Royal family, cousin to the Harpy King. He was an apprentice of Lois in medicine and healing, but his interest in magic healing grew as ordinary medicine and healing couldn't achieve the effect he was looking for. When it was discovered that he was practising forbidden magic, and that he killed his own kind for his research, he was exiled with his wings taken from him so that he could never return. Neron soon settled on human land and using his own learnt magic, he replaced his own arms with human ones for convenience to continue his research. After Acacius' rescue, Pharadon and Lois took the badly injured Acacius to Neron, hoping that he could heal him back in shape. His attached arms are slightly darker in colour.
