Akemi is the daughter of a Uchiha and a flower shop owner. She is only half Uchiha, she didn't inherit the Uchiha physical traits like the dark hair and eyes. Her father wanted nothing to do with her seeing as she was basically a bastard child, basically disowning her when she was a baby. She lives with her mother in the flower shop. She uses her mother's last name but wears the Uchiha symbol due to her mother wanting her to embrace her Uchiha half. She is distant cousins with both Fumiko and Sasuke Uchiha.
