By owning this design, you agree you have read and agreed to all terms stated below.

Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES may my work EVER BE USED FOR NFTS, CRYPTO, AI  GENERATION, AND SIMILAR ENTITIES. ANYTHING related to the Blockchain or Machine Learning ("AI") is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.

COMMERCIAL USE

My character designs may be used for commercial purposes, such as merchandise (i.e. stickers, charms, shirts).

They may be used in stories, published, and monetized.
They may be used in any storytelling medium, whether that be written literature, graphic novels, picture books, or animated media & shows.

However, I must receive credit for the creation of the design, and my own artwork cannot be used for said merchandise without consent.

PROHIBITED CONTENT

My designs cannot be used in illegal, bigoted, immoral content. This includes but is not limited to zoophilia, pedophilia, anti-LGBTQIA+, racism, ableism, sexism, etc.

Anyone found doing this with my designs will be permanently blacklisted.

RE-SALE, RE-TRADE & GIFTING

My designs may not be sold for more than their base worth, unless new art has been added. The base worth is, by default, what the original buyer paid for the character.

Once artwork is added, it may be sold for a higher price.

Characters of mine that have been received as a gift, raffle prize, or otherwise for free cannot be sold or traded unless new art is added; in this case, it may only be given away.

Some designs cannot be resold; this will be noted in their design tradeability.

REDESIGNING MY ORIGINAL DESIGNS

My character designs may be redesigned as much and as frequently as the owner sees fit, as long as I have credits for the design's initial creation.

I ask that redesigns not be split as different characters unless you have contacted me and I deem that it is different enough to warrant a split.

MY REDESIGNS

Characters that have a redesign created by me have these same terms apply to that version of the design. Original designer's terms apply as well. I require being transferred designer credits upon completion of a redesign.

CHARACTER PRIVACY & DELETION

I do not mind if a character is put on private. I do not require authorization to see locked characters. You are free to keep them as public or private as you desire, and you may request I not use the character in art & design portfolios.

However, DO NOT DELETE MY DESIGNS. Setting them as visible to only you is fine, but please do not delete them.

If you want them gone that badly, consider trading or transferring it back to me, or donate it somewhere such as the DesignShelter or similar.

BLACKLISTING

I reserve the right to blacklist users and forbid them from working with me. Users will not be publicly outed on the blacklist if it is for personal reasons.

I will only list users publicly if there is a reason that I feel others should be warned of. Assume that if you are blocked, you are on the list.

KEEP THE CHARACTERS ON TOYHOUSE

In the case a sale is made to an off-site buyer, contact me for a free invitation code; I have at least 100+ on me at any time.

DESIGN REVOKING

I don't do this. Once you pay for it, it belongs to you.
