Lady Halle

Weirdly enough, despite being a draconequus, they don't have the same hatred for ponies as others of their species. While they find them insufferable, she has more of a htred for their injustices. It seem she has a particularly strong like toward dragon cursed ponies, thus it isn't surprising she goes out of her way to grant her power to them.

She lives in the caves under Volcano of Gloom.
