I just spoke with Hxney_Bee, if another person gave it to you, I'm not really sure about that, you would be prohibited from giving the oc if you got it as a gift unless it was to the person who gave it to you or to Hxney_Bee since both people gave something in return and only they can give the oc in a trade.
