About
A transfer student from a faraway prefecture. She moved to Mononobe High School because her family's office was relocated in the area. Ever since she was young, she has loved music, and learned how to play the guitar when she was 9. She is also an audiophile who is interested in listening to all kinds of genres, and buying different kinds of equiptment to use for listening to music and creating her own.
She meets Haruki playing in the school and comments on his terrible guitar skills. He mistakes it for her interest in joining a band with him, and while she finds it surprising and annoying because she was misunderstood, she decides to go along. She isn't the best at making any friends, so she took this opportunity to meet new people in her new school--and to teach her senpai how to properly play the guitar.

Haruki Takeuchi [ senpai ]
Ran into Haruki and his dismal playing in the school courtyard one afternoon, and tried to comment on it to help him improve and have some sense of self-awareness. Haruki misconstrues her actions and makes her join his band, making her the second member. Instead of being angry, she takes this as an opportunity to meet new friends. She teaches Haruki how to play the guitar.
Sayaka Hoshino [ classmate ]
A classmate and someone she goes home with, since their houses are nearby. She becomes one of her first friends after finding out that Chieri was going to be in a band with someone related to the legendary Yukiho Takeuchi, of which she is a big fan of. Sayaka asks Chieri if she can be in the band, to which Haruki agrees to. Likes hugging Chieri since she is taller.
Someone she respects a lot. Nao is a fellow audiophile, and often talks to her about new songs, artists, equipment, and anything music-related. Initially, Nao thought that Chieri was also a "sane" person compared to the likes of Haruki and Sayaka, but was surprised to find out that she was also quite eccentric herself. Works together in composing songs.
Akito Hyuuga [ senpai ]
Someone who seems to be on the same wavelength as her. Akito is equally as shy as Chieri, but they are opposites when it comes to fashion choices (Chieri favors layers, while Akito detests them). However, both are fond of rhythm games and can get competitive on occassion.
